Thank you to all of our 225 volunteers, sponsors, and supporting agencies for a spectacular tree planting event on Broadway St. on February 9, 2013! Trees for Houston provided the 400 native and flowering trees and shrubs for this important East End gateway and transit corridor. Houston Parks and Recreation Department and Keep Houston Beautiful helped coordinate the volunteers and equipment.
